I absolutely love my MERACH Vibration Plate! I originally got it for light workouts and circulation, but it’s ended up helping me in so many unexpected ways. Just a few minutes on it in the morning wakes me up, helps regulate my bowels, and even de-puffs my face. When I’m feeling bloated or crampy, standing on it for a bit really seems to calm everything down and ease the discomfort. I tend to do 20 minutes sitting and 10 minutes standing each day. Its perfect to pair with my red light, and I usually do my face gua sha while sitting on it to habit stack.
It’s compact, easy to use, and feels sturdy. I also like that you can adjust the vibration intensity depending on how you’re feeling that day. I didn’t think a vibration plate would make such a difference in my daily routine, but it’s become one of my favorite wellness tools! Highly recommend.

Much less inflammation
I have consistently used this daily for 10-20 minutes since the new year as part of my get fit routine. I have noticed several unexpected benefits. The most impactful is so much less joint pain and inflammation. This was not something I was expecting. But my knees and painful joints that were previously swollen and hot are 80-90% improved. I also feel it’s helped with cellulite and mobility. I mainly just stand and squat and rotate my body to feel the vib in different muscle groups. But it’s definitely a game changer for me as far as pain goes. I’m hooked!

Love the option of speed levels from 1 to 10
I purchased this machine to help me with lymphatic drainage However I'm excited to know that it can also help with weight loss. I like that the social feed on this machine makes me feel safe and sturdy when exercising on it. I have heard that one should never use the remote because it controls the speeds of this device. I personally do not like the placement of the cord I think it should be to the left or to the right of the machine. I have fixed this issue by using a long extension cord. I can't wait to see the results that this machine may bring and I certainly will

Amazing
There isn't a day that goes by that we aren't on this for a good hour a day. Not all at once. My husband uses this two or three times a day I use this once a day my children also use it they'll turn it on and just sit on it while they're talking to me my pets use it as you can see. They really use it just to sit on those silly cats. My middle daughter has high functioning autism and will sit here and restart it for the extra 10 minutes as we're chatting about our days. I would suggest this for so many families people children it's great. Makes me very itchy but I'm still going to use it. My husband and children have no itchy problems. It's very easy to use my youngest is six and she likes to sit on it for a few moments and she knows how to turn it on and off.

Better Than I Expected 😎
Didn't know what to expect but I didn't think the intensity would be very strong but it's good. It feels great especially when sitting for awhile and you get up to stretch shake etc Felt it immediately. We'll see in the long run how it holds up but out of the box I wonder why I didn't get one of these sooner. 👍
